Poppyseed Dressing

Prep time: 5 minutes


1/2 cup mayo (I usually use a little less)
1/2 cup sugar (I usually use more like 1/4 or 1/3 to cut back a bit)
2 tbsp white vinegar
2 tbsp milk
2 tbsp poppy seeds


Mix well! I like to put it in a dressing container and shake it up. It separates easily, so you can keep it in there for awhile and just shake before using it! It's amazing on spinach salads, as well as Waldorf Salad.
